I first started using BTB Plus when Scout came in to our lives. He was severely arthritic and had ringbone to boot. Our vet suggested BTB Plus in lieu of regular bute due to his sensitive digestive tract. The next year, our vet confided in me that she was really surprised he lived thru the winter. He actually had another 13 years of living in good health. I give full credit to the relief he had due to the BTB Plus. We were faithful in giving him his daily dose and he actually looked forward to the “treat”. We now use the BTB Plus on Buck. He has had an issue with being extremely sore and at times lame, turning to the right. We have been working with our farrier and have been giving him the BTB Plus daily and he is now sound. He turns to the right with no problem, walks on gravel, trots and canters with ease. I tell all of my “horsey” friends about BTB Plus, especially when they talk about having to use Bute. This is such a better option with no side effects. They love the taste and it is easy to administer. The cost is not high when compared to Bute.
